Cancellation + Refund Policy

I deeply value the time, energy, and trust that goes into coaching and digital learning. This policy is here to protect both your investment and the integrity of the work we do together.
Coaching Sessions
Session Expiration
All coaching sessions must be used within 180 days (6 months) of purchase. After that, unused sessions will be forfeited unless we’ve made written arrangements ahead of time. Life happens—I get it! Just reach out if something comes up.
Refunds for Coaching

Used sessions are non-refundable. You’ve already received the value, and my time and energy were lovingly invested.

Unused sessions are refundable within the 180-day window. If you’re unsure or something shifts for you, I’m happy to work with you.
Cancellations + No-Shows

Cancel more than 12 hours in advance? You’re eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancel within 12 hours or don’t show up? The session will be charged in full. This helps me honor my time and give every client my full presence.
Digital Products + Courses
Due to the nature of digital content (you can’t “unsee” a meditation or a workbook!), downloads and courses are non-refundable.
BUT—if you purchase something and quickly realize it’s not the right fit, I offer a 48-hour grace period. Just email me at hello@melissarunacres.com within 2 days of purchase, and I’ll issue a refund—no hard feelings, truly.
My goal is for you to feel empowered and aligned with your investment—not stuck or unsure.
